³² They were astounded at his teaching because his message had authority.

³³ In the synagogue there was a man possessed by the spirit of an unclean demon, and he shrieked loudly, ³⁴ “Leave us alone! What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God.”^[a]
